2.2 Profile Moderation

• All profiles undergo admin verification
• Photos are screened for appropriateness
• False information will result in account suspension
• Regular profile updates required

3.1 Booking Process

• All bookings must be made through the platform
• Advance booking required (minimum 24 hours)
• Booking confirmation subject to model availability
• Event details must be provided accurately

3.2 Payment Terms

• Secure payments through Cashfree integration
• Advance deposit required for bookings
• Cancellation fees may apply
• Platform service fee is non-refundable
• GST and applicable taxes will be added

3.3 Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before event
• 50% charge for cancellations within 24-48 hours
• 100% charge for cancellations under 24 hours
• Force majeure conditions considered separately

• All communications must be through platform
• Message history is maintained for security
• Offensive messages will result in penalties
• No exchange of personal contact information

5.1 Review System

• Only verified bookings can leave reviews
• Reviews must be honest and factual
• No defamatory or offensive content
• Right to remove inappropriate reviews

5.2 Model Rankings

• Based on client ratings and reviews
• Booking completion rate considered
• Professional conduct impacts ranking
• Regular ranking updates

6.1 Data Collection

• Secure data storage with encryption
• No sharing with unauthorized parties

6.2 Photo Privacy

• Model photos are protected
• Watermarking on public photos
• No unauthorized photo sharing
• Right to request photo removal

7.1 Complaint Process

• 24/7 customer support available
• Structured grievance resolution system
• Both parties given fair hearing
• Admin decision is final and binding

7.2 Refund Policy

• Valid complaints eligible for refunds
• Processing time up to 7 working days
• Original payment method used for refund
• Service fees may be non-refundable
